🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in disability services, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of disability laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful disability programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
