As a Part-Time Guest Support & Duty Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and managing front desk operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage front desk activities, including reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk or guest support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Basic knowledge of local tourism and attractions in Bali.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
