📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
