📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the property sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
