📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules and routes.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Handle crew discipline and resolve conflicts.,Monitor vessel performance and report any issues to the management.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Participate in emergency response drills and preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage).,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of navigation and vessel handling.,Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
