📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards across all stores.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry trends and best practices.
