📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the payroll process, including tax compliance and employee benefits.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support the company's financial health.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
