📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
