PRISM Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, from event planning to execution. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from the office and remotely. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and guest management.,Manage event logistics, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and decor.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation of banquet menus and service.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests throughout the event.,Collaborate with the team to ensure all events run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Handle any issues or concerns that arise during the event, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is ready for the next event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
