📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet.,Manage inventory and restock products as needed.,Handle cash transactions and customer payments.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist with online sales and customer service through our e-commerce platform.,Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.,Report to the store manager on daily sales and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using e-commerce platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including online duties.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
