📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
