Rumah Sakit Gita Bakso is looking for a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR manager in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR team in data entry and other administrative tasks.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
