As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from inventory management to order fulfillment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, putaways, and pickings.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures.,Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
