Indonesia Nickel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Ngawi, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashiering operations including opening and closing the cash register, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments efficiently.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any shortages or excesses.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Prepare and present daily and weekly sales reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related role in the restaurant or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally.,Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and supervise junior staff.,Proficiency in using POS systems and cash register software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.
