📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on Artemedia products to customers.,Assist customers with their product needs and ensure their satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and provide insights on product trends and customer preferences.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product strategies.,Participate in product training and development programs.,Monitor and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and product management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or product management.,Strong knowledge of Artemedia products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
