📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a strong pool of candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer letters and onboarding.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
