Fast Silver Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our remote store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store meets all company goals and objectives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
