As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure they meet performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
