📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Implement and optimize inventory control systems to ensure efficient stock management.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting and analysis.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff members on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
