Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain product performance and availability
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve product functionality
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to identify and resolve product issues
  • Document technical processes and procedures for future reference
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product support
  • Mentor and train junior support engineers

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product support or technical support roles
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
