📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement RF test systems and methodologies for high-reliability electronics and microwave systems.,Conduct RF tests and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve RF test issues, and provide technical support to engineering teams.,Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF test systems into overall product development processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in RF test engineering.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in RF test techniques and methodologies.,Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF test engineering, with a focus on high-reliability electronics and microwave systems.,Strong knowledge of RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.,Proficiency in RF test software and measurement tools, such as Keysight ADS, Anritsu, or Rohde & Schwarz.,Experience with high-reliability electronics and microwave systems, including satellite communication, radar, and defense systems.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with engineers, technicians, and managers.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD, DO-160, and IEC 61000.
