📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budget and expenses.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
