📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for mining-related categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and contract management.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and control procurement spend, ensuring compliance with budget and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services.
• Leverage procurement software such as SAP Ariba or similar to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mining procurement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on procurement performance and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of cost optimization and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and tools, with experience using SAP Ariba or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
