📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and support underprivileged students in need of financial assistance.
• Manage the foundation's scholarship and grant programs, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with local schools, educators, and community organizations to design and implement educational initiatives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of mentorship programs, career counseling, and extracurricular activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes for students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Represent the foundation at local and national events, advocating for the importance of education and financial assistance programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education and financial assistance, incorporating new strategies into the foundation's initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, financial assistance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the education system in Indonesia, with a focus on the Bangka Belitung region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing scholarship and grant programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and educational management software such as PowerSchool or SchoolMint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
