• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system, SAP or QuickBooks.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our dining area.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide feedback to management on guest satisfaction and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with POS systems like SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.
