📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing for our clients.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Use QuickBooks and SAP to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with travel industry accounting practices is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
