HRIS Officer - Human Resource Information System Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Process payroll and benefits using SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HRMS.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes by updating HR databases.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HR regulations.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS tools and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HRMS.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
