📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate CAD models of mechanical systems using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of designs.
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation to support the manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
• Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of designs and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in design competitions and innovation challenges to showcase your skills and contribute to the company's reputation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical CAD Design, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficient in industry-leading CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Certification in relevant CAD software or industry-recognized certifications such as AutoCAD Certified Professional (ACCP) or SolidWorks Certified Professional (CSWP).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
