📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
• Use SAP and WMS systems to track inventory movements, generate reports, and forecast demand.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate inventory replenishment and distribution.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions on inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role within the retail or logistics industry.
• Proven experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
