📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to manufacturing clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and manage various IT systems and software, such as SAP, ERP, and MES.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our clients.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
