📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice to high-profile clients, including individuals and corporations.

• Represent clients in court or before regulatory bodies, including negotiations, mediations, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform our clients' decisions and strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive and innovative legal solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior legal professionals within the firm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a legal consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian law, including commercial law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Familiarity with legal drafting software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or similar.
