• Support branch operations by managing and organizing administrative tasks

• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Provide administrative support to the branch manager and team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or back-office role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of financial and administrative procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
