📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's online store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.,Monitor website performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement.,Manage inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.,Provide customer support and address any issues or concerns related to the online store.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
