You will be responsible for managing our inventory of bicycle parts, ensuring that we have the right components on hand to meet customer demands. This role requires a meticulous approach to inventory management, as well as a deep understanding of bicycle components and their applications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory of bicycle parts using Oracle NetSuite.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records in our ERP system.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming bicycle parts and components.
• Organize and store inventory in a systematic manner to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
• Assist in the organization and preparation of bicycle parts for display in the retail store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of bicycle components and their applications.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and stock management best practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
