Anthropic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Infrastructure Lease Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting for our infrastructure leases, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting and financial reporting for infrastructure leases, including lease agreements, lease payments, and lease renewals.,Ensure accurate and timely financial information by reconciling lease balances, preparing lease schedules, and analyzing lease performance.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for infrastructure leases, in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of lease transactions.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting for infrastructure leases, including lease term extensions and lease early terminations.,Monitor and report on key lease metrics, such as lease expense recognition, lease liabilities, and lease asset values.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure lease accounting, and recommend improvements to the accounting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in infrastructure lease accounting, with a strong background in lease accounting standards and practices.,Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.,Strong technical skills in accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a technology or infrastructure-related industry is a plus.
